YouTube has officially launched its service in 9 countries: Brazil, France, Ireland, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain and the UK. The websites are presented in local languages with specific rankings and commenting. Other countries like China or Germany will follow soon, but are still subject to negotiation.
